Will my funds ever be frozen?

No. We process directly with Visa through our own bank relationship — not through some middleman API like the platforms you're probably using now. Those guys rely on third-party trust scores, which is why they freeze your funds the second you scale or sell “too fast.”

Will I lose money to chargebacks?

No — we built Alpine to help you win, not drain you after the fact. Our chargeback system auto-submits all the right docs and wins 95%+ of disputes. Other processors charge you 12–14% just to handle it. We don’t.

Can I use Alpine to invoice clients directly?

Yes. You can send invoices through our web or mobile app — or run the card yourself right through the porta

What cards do you support?
